The 15cm sIG 33 was the heaviest standard infantry gun used by the German Army in WWII. The wooden‑wheel version represents early‑war deployment (1939–1941), when the gun was still horse‑drawn or towed by light vehicles.
The Stielgranate 42 was a powerful over‑caliber rocket‑assisted projectile. It gave the sIG 33 exceptional destructive capability.
