The Me 323 Gigant was the largest operational transport aircraft used by the Luftwaffe during the Second World War.

The Gigant was a further developed, motorized version of the Me 321 glider variant. With six engines, an enormous wingspan, and a payload capacity of more than 10 tons, the Me 323 could transport vehicles, artillery, supplies, and troops. Despite its impressive capacity, the aircraft was vulnerable due to its low speed and limited defensive armament.
