The T‑54B was developed in the late 1950s as an improved version of earlier T‑54 models. It introduced upgraded night‑vision equipment, a gun stabilizer and modernized communication systems. The tank was used by many nations inside and outside the Warsaw Pact, including the Soviet Union, Poland, Czechoslovakia, China and several Middle Eastern countries. The T‑54 series saw combat from the 1950s all the way into the 21st century, making it one of the most recognizable tanks ever built.

For fans of military modeling, Cold War armor and classic Soviet vehicles, this Takom kit is an excellent addition to any collection.
