The 1/4 Ton Utility Truck, widely known as the classic American jeep, was used throughout World War II by the U.S. Army, USMC and Allied forces. Its agility, reliability and ease of maintenance made it ideal for reconnaissance, transport, communications and medical support. The canvas top provided protection from weather conditions, making this variant common in both European and Pacific theaters.
For fans of military modeling, WWII vehicles and classic American jeeps, this Takom kit is an excellent addition to any collection.
