The Sd.Kfz.247 Ausf.A was developed in the late 1930s as an unarmored command car for the German Wehrmacht. It was mainly used by staff and reconnaissance units during the early stages of World War II. The Ausf.A variant was built on a civilian chassis, giving it a distinctive appearance and limited protection. Although not a combat vehicle, it played an important role in fast maneuver operations and battlefield coordination.
If you’re working on a WWII diorama or want to add a unique command vehicle to your collection, this FTF kit is an excellent choice.
