This 1:72 Fordson WOT2E from Planet Models is an ideal kit for model builders who enjoy authentic WWII trucks and fine detailing.

The Fordson WOT2E was a light military truck used by the British Army during the Second World War. The WOT series (War Office Truck) was specifically developed to quickly and efficiently supply vehicles for a wide range of tasks, from troop transport to general supply duties. The WOT2E variant was recognizable by its open cab and practical cargo bed, making it well‑suited for use in a variety of conditions.

After the war, several Fordson WOT vehicles entered service with European countries through Allied surplus, including the Netherlands. The Dutch armed forces used the WOT2 series on a limited scale, mainly during the reconstruction period directly after 1945.
