The KTO Rosomak Medevac is the medical evacuation variant of Poland’s modern 8×8 armoured vehicle, based on the Finnish Patria AMV. Designed for rapid battlefield evacuation, this version features expanded interior space, medical equipment and enhanced protection against IEDs and ambushes.

The Rosomak Medevac gained recognition during NATO ISAF operations in Afghanistan, where Polish forces relied heavily on its survivability and mobility. Its strong armour and reliability made it one of the safest MEDEVAC platforms in modern conflict zones.
